We arrive approximately 15-20 minutes ahead of time. Someone from our team will call or text with a precise ETA when we’re on our way.

Your exact cost will depend on the distance of the event location from our ‘train yard’ at the Regency Square Mall. Please message us with all the event details for a complete quote.

As long as you like! Most parents find that 1-2 hours is perfect for a children’s party. Fairs, festivals, and other large events typically book us for a minimum of 2-3 hours.

Pretty big! Our awesome trains are 31 feet long with a locomotive, a coal car, two train cars, and a caboose.

Our trains hold about 25 kids at once. But don’t let them have all the fun – adults can hop on too. When kids and adults are both riding, the train can fit 18 or so people.

We recommend that anyone under the age of 3 have an adult riding with them. To ensure everyone’s safety, we strongly encourage kids to stay seated and inside the train cars while the train is in motion.

Our trackless trains can handle any paved surface. Some gravel pathways and driveways work too, and we can always look at a picture to confirm either way. The train cannot operate on soft ground due to the weight of the locomotive.

We operate two trackless trains here in Richmond, Virginia and both are available to rent for your next party or special event.
